Yes. Many wedding setups, such as DJ sound, uplighting, a photo booth, and a cooler, fit within a single set. For larger needs we add more stations in different spots and more batteries for longer run time. Send us the equipment list from your vendors and we'll recommend the right size, with extra capacity so you don't run short.

Venue outlets are handy for charging, but they usually weren't built to run a full reception. Many venues have only a few outlets, often sharing a single 20-amp circuit that supplies about 2,400 watts in total, so a DJ system and some lights on the same circuit can trip the breaker. We place our stations right where the equipment is, so you aren't depending on the venue's wiring or long cable runs. Each station can supply at least twice the power of one venue circuit, and we add batteries for run time and bring a backup set.

We use Anker SOLIX F3800 Plus power stations, with Anker SOLIX BP3800 expansion batteries to add run time to individual stations at the event. They are lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery units, a chemistry used in many electric vehicles and known for long life and stability. They are heavy, solid equipment, built for years of regular use, and we test every unit before it goes out.

Each power station delivers up to 6,000 watts, enough to run a DJ system, lighting, and a coffee station together with room to spare. Stations and batteries each hold about 3.8 kWh, so a Large set of one station and two batteries holds about 11.5 kWh.

They can be charged from solar panels or from the grid through a regular wall outlet. However a unit is charged, you get the same quiet, clean power at your event.

Each part of your event gets the stations and batteries it needs, placed right where the equipment is. If one area needs more than planned, we can bring in more batteries or a fresh station. Adding or removing a battery means switching that station off for a moment, so we do it at a quiet point, such as between courses or sets. If you've added a backup set on standby, we move your equipment onto the backup station instead, which keeps the interruption short.

Yes. Ask us first and we'll confirm it suits your setup. Use the AC charging cable we supply and plug it straight into a standard wall outlet, with no extension cord or power strip, in a dry, ventilated spot, under cover if you're outdoors. Leave any batteries connected and plug in only the power station. A Small unit (one power station) recharges from empty in about 2 to 3 hours on a standard wall outlet. Larger sets (power station with 1 or 2 expansion batteries) take longer. Or skip the charging and add a $50 swap-out.

We need at least 24 hours' notice for all bookings. Weekends and weddings fill up, so book earlier if you can.

Cancel more than 2 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund. If you cancel within 2 hours, we charge half of one day's rental rate for the equipment you booked ($67.50 for Small, $112.50 for Medium, or $150 for Large) and refund the rest.

We send a Square invoice for 50% to confirm your booking. The other 50% is due at delivery, by credit card or Apple Pay.

You are, from delivery until pickup. Please keep the equipment secure and protected from weather, theft, and damage. If it is lost, stolen, or damaged, you are responsible for the full cost to replace it. The refundable deposit does not limit that responsibility.

Yes, if we approve it in advance. Contact us before your rental ends, and we'll email you an extension agreement to sign.

Pickup is included in your rental, at the time we schedule with you. An adult needs to be available to hand over the equipment. Your deposit hold is released once we confirm the equipment is back and undamaged, beyond normal wear and tear. If no one is available at the scheduled pickup, we add a $50 missed-pickup fee to your bill and contact you to reschedule, and rental charges continue until the equipment is picked up.

Yes. All of our equipment is location-tagged, which helps us confirm deliveries and pickups and recover equipment if it is lost or stolen.

A refundable card hold, returned when the equipment comes back undamaged, beyond normal wear and tear. The deposit is not a cap on what you owe. Replacement costs are listed in your rental agreement.
